Exciting Opportunity to Drive Organisational Development in a High-Performing ASX Listed Energy Business
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior organisational development professional to join a highly successful and growing ASX listed energy business with a firm commitment to sustainability and the communities in which it operates.
The business is seeking a high calibre individual to develop and implement contemporary people development frameworks and processes which drive organisational capability & culture and align to the organisational strategy and purpose.
You will be responsible for leading the organisational thinking, development, and implementation of a range of organisational development frameworks and programs focusing on building the culture and capability of the organisation to meet current and future strategic requirements.
This is an exciting role which will allow you to have genuine business impact. To be considered you will need to bring:
- Depth in all areas of OD coupled with expertise in talent, leadership, learning, culture change and engagement;
- High levels of commercial acumen with the ability to consult with executive level stakeholders;
- The ability to drive organisational capability at an enterprise level from strategy through to delivery;
- A track record leading and developing team members;
- Experience within an ASX listed business would be beneficial but not essential;
