Director of Organisational Development

We are seeking a visionary leader to helm our Workforce Development and Integrity Division as Director of Organisational Development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement forward-thinking organisational strategies that align with departmental priorities.
- Oversee critical workforce functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employment contracts, and governance of Human Capital Management Systems.
- Manage divisional operations, including high-volume recruitment campaigns, workforce reporting, and executive support services.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and Aboriginal workforce strategies, embedding these principles into leadership and organisational development programs.
- Proven experience in delivering complex organisational development strategies in large or government environments.
- Deep knowledge of learning methodologies, digital platforms, and leadership development.
- A track record in managing high-volume recruitment and workforce systems, including contract oversight.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, including experience implementing Aboriginal workforce strategies.
- High-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
