Job Overview

This role involves leading the successful delivery of key digital initiatives that support strategic ambitions.

You will guide cross-functional teams to design and implement digital projects that enhance student and stakeholder experiences, drive engagement, and improve operational effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of digital and customer experience strategies.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute digital initiatives across websites, portals, and content platforms.
  • Act as the key liaison between teams.
  • Provide digital insights and implement robust audience segmentation.
  • Drive collaboration across teams, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification and/or extensive demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated extensive experience leading the development and delivery of digital marketing and customer experience strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic plans, analysis and reports to senior stakeholders.
  • High level of interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills, with exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
