Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Examination Administration Manager to oversee the smooth, secure, and fair administration of examinations. This role is critical in upholding the integrity of the assessment process by supervising students during examinations and implementing examination rules and procedures.

About the Role:

  • Supervise students during examinations to maintain a secure and fair environment
  • Implement examination rules and procedures as outlined by the relevant authorities
  • Ensure the integrity of the assessment process at all times

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage examination logistics and ensure timely delivery of examination materials
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent cheating and ensure academic integrity
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on examination performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in examination administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Selection Criteria:

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Cannot be teaching or tutoring any student required to sit the GAT or any student in a VCE Unit 3 or 4 study
  • Cannot be employed at the school as a teacher or member of the administration staff
