We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Lawyer to join our team at Legal People. As a Taxation Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on complex tax matters to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on complex tax structuring and succession planning matters
- Prepare deeds of variation and other work related to trusts
- Identify and advise on tax issues in mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions
- Draft commercial transactional documents and tax relevant clauses
- Provide private rulings and tax dispute resolution services
- 5-10 years of experience in taxation law
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues
- Desire to progress your career as a leading tax advisor
