Our client is seeking a skilled Tax Disputes Lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their team. As a key member of the Tax Disputes practice group, you will work on a variety of tax-related matters, including disputes, audits, and litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in tax law while representing clients in resolving complex tax issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert legal advice on tax disputes, audits, and litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and develop strategies to support clients in resolving tax controversies.
- Represent clients in negotiations with tax authorities and in tax litigation proceedings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop comprehensive solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to provide accurate and effective advice.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or JD) from a reputable university.
- 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in tax law, preferably with a focus on tax disputes.
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws, regulations, and relevant case law.
- Experience in managing tax audits, disputes, and litigation matters.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Client-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
