Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to lead our team as a Multisite Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance and achieve maximum sales potential.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 8-9 staff in the Indooroopilly store and overseeing the concession store in Myer's. They will need to have great people management skills, be able to empower and lead a large team from the front and by example, and have a proven track record of fashion retail management experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 8-9 staff in the Indooroopilly store and oversee the concession store in Myer's
  • Empower and lead a large team from the front and by example
  • Performance manage and assist in training of team members with the Store Manager
  • Assist in helping manage rosters and wage spend
  • Mentor your team to exceed budgets and KPIs
