Job Description

TMGM, a leading multi-asset financial services provider, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful execution of various projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Oversight: Lead, manage, and monitor the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
  3. Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, resource allocation, and budget allocation.
  4. Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Communication: Coordinate and facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders, project team members, and third-party vendors.
  6. Progress Tracking: Track and report project progress, ensuring compliance with project milestones and deliverables.
  7. Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and providing budget forecasts.
  8. Decision-Making: Facilitate effective decision-making, issue resolution, and risk management through proactive stakeholder engagement.
  9. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. Project management certification (PMP) is preferred.
  2. Experience: Proven 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the financial services or related industry.
  3. Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  4. Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  6. Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  7. Desirable Skills: Experience in financial product development and/or trading platforms is highly desirable.
  8. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools to plan, track, and report project progress.
  9. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  10. Additional Experience: Experience managing projects involving IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, or software development is a plus.
