They will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining a high level of safety and quality service delivery, and inspiring others to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure compliance with OHS regulations
  • Communicate effectively with diverse groups of people, including students, staff, and patrons
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate
  • National Police Check
