Hotel Night Auditor Position

Veriu Group is a leading Australian hotel operator with a passion for connecting travellers to local authenticity.

Our hotels offer guests an unforgettable experience.

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Night Auditor professional to join our team, working closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure seamless management of the front office overnight.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage night audits, reports, and reconciliations efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee the front office overnight, handling late check-ins, complaints, and security concerns.
  • Provide training and support to other night teams, promoting collaboration and effective teamwork.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service in all interactions, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
  • Assist the Hotel Manager in higher-level hotel management and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or approved working rights.
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting).
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including public holidays, and variable hours.
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and problem-solving.
