Front Office Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel's overnight activities.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with the Night Manager to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
  • Providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Maintaining accurate guest accounts and ensuring all financial transactions are processed correctly.
  • Safeguarding guest confidentiality and safety by adhering to strict security procedures.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Monitoring and reporting any safety hazards or system issues.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of wake-up calls, mail, messages, and parcels.
  • Liaising effectively with Housekeeping regarding room status and lost property.
  • Conducting audits and maintaining accurate cashiering balances.
  • Safeguarding express checkout envelopes and safety deposit boxes.
  • Supporting valet parking and assisting guests with luggage as needed.
  • Leading by example in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring seamless handovers and clear communication between shifts.
  • Participating in training sessions and departmental briefings.
  • Upselling hotel services and promoting special offers.
  • Maintaining high standards of grooming, conduct, and performance.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of guest and staff information.
  • Inducting and supporting new team members to uphold brand standards.
  • Utilizing guest feedback to improve service delivery and team performance.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
