Lead Specialist School Hours Care

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead a specialist school hours care program.

This role is part of an initiative supporting children and young people with complex disability in a Victorian Government-funded project.

The successful candidate will have experience leading teams in disability, education, or community services. They will be confident in behavioural management for children with high and complex needs, possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, and embody our core values: Caring, Open, and Engaged.

  • Lead the specialist school hours care service by providing quality programs for school-aged children with complex disability.
  • Help plan and prepare individualised programs for children in a specialist school setting.
  • Foster a positive team culture through coaching, training, and reflective practice.
  • Liaise with families, school teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure individualised support.
