Motor Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Motor Assessor to join our team in a key leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of motor assessors, providing coaching and support, ensuring compliance is adhered to, and driving a positive culture within the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of motor assessors to achieve high standards and performance goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in panel beating or spray painting.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, such as workshop manager.
  • Strong understanding of the motor body repair industry, including insurance claims and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Full Driver's License and willingness to undergo a police check.
