Seeking a Registered Residential Builder (minimum DB-U) with the VBA to join a growing bespoke team to help service the Eastern and Western suburbs of Melbourne.
Training will be provided to the right candidate looking to either get off the tools or advance their career in this rapidly growing sector.
The role will include carrying out:
-Building & Timber Pest Inspections (pre-purchase)
-Building Defect Inspections
-Independent Construction Stage Inspections (client side)
-Asset Condition/Lifecycle Inspections
Must come from a Building/Construction background with a minimum of 10 years experience.
Minimum Registered Builder, Building Inspector or Building Surveyor essential and sound knowledge of the industry.
The right candidate will have completed Pest/Termite Certificate with Units 8 & 10 for inspecting and reporting on Termite & Timber Pests (or be willing to complete this - will be arranged for you at your cost)
You will ideally be from the Eastern or Western Suburbs of Melbourne as we need someone to help service these areas and limit travel of our existing inspectors.
