We are seeking an experienced finance leader to drive the delivery of accurate and insightful financial reporting to senior leadership. This critical role ensures timely and precise management of internal and external financial obligations.

Based in a state-of-the-art support office, this position is an integral part of our finance and leadership team.

This role provides strategic and operational financial advice to senior stakeholders on all aspects of financial management, annual budget development, and monthly budget reporting. You will also develop financial control systems, budget guidelines, and reporting mechanisms so that management has a complete understanding of the financial viability, efficiency, and future options for resource management.

The successful candidate will conduct financial analysis to understand key business drivers and provide actionable advice to improve business performance and financial results. They will also drive financial performance by providing commercial direction, financial advice, and analytical insights into the drivers of success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' senior financial managerial position with a proven success record
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in finance within the Aged Care Industry
  • Bachelor of Commerce (accounting and finance) or similar
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft skills particularly Word & Excel and financial reporting software
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate strong integrity, ethics, and dependability
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
