Chief Financial Officer Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational mission and goals. The successful candidate will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Serve as a key business partner to the CEO and COO, providing strategic financial guidance and support.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee all aspects of finance and accounting functions, including audits, tax filings, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage cash flow, optimize cash management procedures, and ensure timely reporting of financial information to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other representatives as appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field; master's degree in a similar field preferred.
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years progressive financial experience, including at least 5–7 years in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Experience as a senior-level administrator in a matrixed environment.
  • Certified Public Accountant certification, CMA, and/or MBA, preferred.
