We are seeking a skilled Business Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial performance, analyzing data, and providing insights to stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be on supporting key business partners, including the Services Director and Finance Director, with financial information and analysis. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting timely and standardized monthly/quarterly business performance reports.
As a Business Controller, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your analytical and technical skills to drive business growth and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in economics or finance
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational companies
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- High level of flexibility and adaptability
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and BO
