Project Accounting and Treasury Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of financial performance, planning and reporting, in addition to cash flow and investment management. This individual will serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project accounting according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Infrastructure Ontario standards.
  • Develop and manage internal and external financial reports for the project.
  • Collaborate with the finance team and vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing and reporting of expenditures.
  • Assist the project team with accounting issues and provide support with invoice and payment management.
  • Track actual expenditures relative to project budgets and model cash flow requirements.
  • Examine and interpret data to produce meaningful financial planning reports and forecasts.
  • Develop complex financial models using Power BI to understand short and long-term financial impacts.
