Job Description

Sonder, a pioneering organization in workplace wellbeing, seeks an accomplished Response Network Manager to spearhead the operations and readiness of its responder network.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliance, training schedules, and accreditation records for responders.
  • Develop and monitor training programs to ensure responders are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Oversee responder performance and guarantee the team is prepared to deliver exceptional support.
  • Create and maintain on-call rosters, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and assessment processes for responders.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness and network performance.
  • Motivate and guide responders through strong leadership and influence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in emergency services, clinical leadership, military, security operations, or similar high-accountability fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including managing teams, training, and operational processes.
  • A track record of successfully managing compliance, accreditation, and readiness programs.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, with experience presenting to frontline teams and senior stakeholders.
