Job Title: Supply Chain Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Contracts Manager to join our team at Boeing Defence Australia. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management Capability, you will be responsible for managing and executing the contracting strategy for the Well Camp Production Facility.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Boeing Autonomous Systems division, as well as teams in Australia and the US, to develop and implement sourcing strategies for all Wellcamp Production Facility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the contracting strategy for the Well Camp Production Facility
  • Lead the development of sourcing strategies for all Wellcamp Production Facility requirements
  • Lead the creation and management of strategic supplier partnerships
  • Manage the performance of the supply chain
  • Integrate with stakeholders across the Boeing Autonomous Systems division, and teams in Australia and the US

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a strategic supply chain environment, with manufacturing and production experience desirable
  • Contracting experience with complex Design and Construct and Infrastructure Categories
  • Tertiary or other formal qualifications and experience in a relevant field (desirable)
  • Experience in senior roles within a matrix organisation (desirable)
  • Australian Citizenship to meet defence security requirements
