Learning and Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Training Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training content and managing the assessment process in accordance with business objectives, statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver accredited and non-accredited training programs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for learners.
  • Develop and maintain existing courseware, ensuring it aligns with business policy, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Build relationships with learners to establish clear responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular review and compliance of courseware to industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry currency within relative Safe working competencies.
  • Pursue innovative approaches to deliver training content effectively.
About You:
  • You should have experience working within the rail corridor performing Safe working duties.
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) is preferred.
  • You should possess competencies required to complete the duties of a Track Force Protection Coordinator (TFPC 3.2 & TFPC 3.3) and Track Vehicle Operator (TVO 1).
  • You should have experience delivering and assessing Accredited / Non-Accredited Training.
