About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join our team at Redpath Partners in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments on work sites, plant, equipment, tasks, and hazardous substances.
  • Deliver safety alerts, tool box topics, and other materials aimed at raising awareness of safety issues.
  • Investigate all incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure legislative compliance and maintain safety systems accreditations.
  • Manage PPE and safety equipment stock, and assist with the return to work of injured employees.
  • Manage sub-contractor compliance with inductions and documentation, and conduct site inductions.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of HSEQ experience in the construction industry.
  • Minimum Cert IV OHS&W.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in a HSEQ role.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to present information in a clear and logical manner.
  • High degree of computer literacy, together with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong administrative skills and familiar with document management systems and databases.
