Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Project Delivery practice in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will work on complex infrastructure and energy projects, advising clients on major projects and infrastructure, particularly in the transport, power, and renewables sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on major projects and infrastructure, including transport, power, and renewables projects
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Manage a substantial amount of contractual work, reviewing ancillary and commercial documents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive processes forward and deliver high-quality work

Requirements
  • Admission in Australia or Common Law jurisdiction
  • PQE 5+
  • Experience in Major Projects and Infrastructure, particularly in the transport, power, and renewables sector
  • Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong professional presence and client focus
