Job Description

As a Senior Advisor, Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's reputation and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic communications plans that align with business objectives.

You will work closely with senior executives, partner businesses, and functions to create integrated communications strategies that support franchise-wide priorities and business line specific programs. This includes drafting initiative-specific communications and talking points, as well as coordinating employee-related events.

Additionally, you will provide communications support for major projects, source and develop relevant content for various channels, and maintain and strengthen the company's reputation among key audiences. Building and strengthening relationships with key media is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of communications experience
  • A proactive approach to communications with the ability to identify stories and proactively execute
  • Strong communications (written, verbal, and interpersonal) skills, including the ability to influence senior executives
  • Integrity, maturity, dependability, and a positive professional attitude
  • A team player who can implement initiatives effectively and motivate others to perform their tasks
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • A track record of success in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Critical competencies include oral communication, written communication, project management, relationship building, and results orientation
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, marketing, or another related field
