Job Title

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote correct document and information management processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to staff on document and information management matters, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of Information Exchange Systems (IES) for projects, including configuration, testing, training, and quality assurance activities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at various levels to ensure efficient information exchange and accurate record capture.
  • Design and create high-quality document control-related materials, including policies, plans, procedures, manuals, and guidelines.

  • Requirements:
  • Expertise in deploying, maintaining, and decommissioning an Information Exchange System (IES), particularly ProjectWise/Bentley, within a large construction project environment.
  • Proven experience in leading a team, demonstrating exceptional leadership and people management skills, providing training, support, and developmental opportunities.
  • Knowledge of information exchange processes used in the construction industry.
  • Understanding of business analysis concepts to capture and translate process requirements and subsequent process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, at all levels of a large organisation, and writing targeted documentation, demonstrating strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
