What You'll Be Doing:
Designing and scoping the integration of ServiceNow with a non-service management environment
Running the RFP/RFQ process and leading vendor engagement
Owning program governance, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
Ensuring smooth vendor delivery and high-quality outcomes
About You:
Proven track record as a Project Manager leading integration or transformation programs
Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms)
Confident running procurement and vendor selection processes
A natural communicator who brings people together and gets things done
The Offer:

Onsite 4 days per week in Melbourne's north-west suburbs
