About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Integration Manager to join a major retail organization on a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role that requires a professional to act as a crucial link between the IT department and the wider business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the integration of new systems and processes while ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of IT services. This is a hands-on, senior-level position for a candidate who can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project and Integration Management: Lead and manage the integration of new IT systems and processes. This includes creating comprehensive project briefs and business cases to outline project goals, scope, and financial justification.
- Service Delivery: Oversee all aspects of IT service delivery, ensuring that services are delivered effectively to meet the organization's needs.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor IT teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on project progress and service performance.
- Vendor Management: Manage the relationship with technology vendors to ensure services and products align with business requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Experience and Skills:
- Extensive ServiceNow Expertise (Absolute Necessity): extensive hands-on, in-depth experience with the ServiceNow platform. This includes implementation, configuration, workflow automation, and strategic use of the platform for service management.
- Service Delivery Management: A strong background in managing IT services, operations, and teams.
- Project Management: Proven experience in a project management capacity, including the creation of project briefs and business cases.
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing third-party technology providers and ensuring they meet contractual obligations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
