- Experience working with a wide group of enablers, including user experience designers, customer operations, accessibility advocates, and product owners.
- Promote open communication and create a safe working environment where engineers' voices are heard.
- Effectively communicate engineering practice standards and consistent ways of working across squads and CBA.
- Constructively challenge the status quo while influencing stakeholders and building diverse and inclusive teams.
- Proven track record of leading a team of high-performing engineers with a solid technical background in modern iOS and Android stack.
- Solid experience with architecture and design, code reviews, estimation.
- Experience working in a large and distributed engineering ecosystem moving towards higher Dev Sec Ops maturity.
- An understanding of developing strong quality engineering practices within the delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability within a mobile context.
