About this role

This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership position and contribute to the success of our construction projects.

As a Junior Foreman, you will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, and overseeing day-to-day site operations.

You will work closely with subcontractors and programme administrators to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification and demonstrated experience in commercial fitout projects.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage on-site construction activity to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure all construction activities meet health and safety standards
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, including subcontractor management and programme administration
  • Review defects and complete weekly reports to identify areas for improvement
