Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders across business and technology to understand current processes and pain points.

  • Elicit, consolidate, and document business requirements with clarity and precision.
  • Ask the right questions to uncover hidden needs and define the real business problem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with customer service and corporate services teams to develop solutions that meet business goals and customer outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of customer-facing initiatives within the Customer Corporate Service arm.
