Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner

This position involves working as a senior business analyst and product owner in a dynamic team environment.
About the Position- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and processes.
- Elicit and document business needs with clarity and precision.
- Analyze and translate business needs into actionable technology solutions across multiple systems.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Develop business cases for process improvements, identifying benefits and feasibility.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- Proven experience as a senior business analyst and/or product owner in financial services.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand complex business domains and technology landscapes.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive business outcomes.
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or computer science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior business analyst and/or product owner in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
