We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our products and services.

Your Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be:

  • Sales Growth: Identify and generate client pipelines independently, promoting and selling our products and services.
  • Client Service: Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels, responding quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Performance and Goal Orientation: Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets, expanding your knowledge about markets and FX industry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong ownership of responsibilities, proactive problem-solving skills, excellent overall communication abilities, and proficiency in English and Thai.
