
Rural Retail Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, community-focused store environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
As a key member of our retail team, you will play a hands-on role in delivering products safely and reliably to local farms and businesses. You will also assist in all areas of rural retailing, including sales, merchandising, warehousing and in-store operations.
Our ideal candidate will have a current and clean MR (or higher) driver's licence, a strong safety mindset and reliable driving history. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit and able to work independently.
- Deliver products safely and reliably to local farms and businesses.
- Assist in all areas of rural retailing, including sales, merchandising, warehousing and in-store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigation of rural routes and ensuring accurate, timely deliveries.
- Providing friendly, solution-based customer service - at the counter, on the road, and in the yard.
- Helping our customers get what they need, when they need it.
