Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for desktop, network, and EUC issues.

This is a casual, on-call position with ad-hoc dispatch requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle desktop and network problems efficiently
  • Install and upgrade Operating Systems ensuring seamless transitions
  • Apply patches and perform hardware/software break-fixes promptly
  • Configure LAN, WAN, switches, and routers (CCNA or higher certification preferred)
  • Install and administer MS Office software
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in desktop and network troubleshooting
  • Able to install OS and patches without issues
  • Knowledge of WiFi and basic network concepts
  • Ability to carry standard tools and connect to Cisco routers using console cables
  • Excellent business English and local language skills
Tools Required:
  • Laptop with Windows 8/10 and admin rights
  • Cisco console cable and necessary drivers
  • Putty, TeamViewer, TFTP server, screwdriver set, internet data card
