Production Team Leader

About the role:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage team planning, resource allocation and monitor progress against deadlines.
  • Improve systems and practices within the production environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold a trade qualification.
  • Possess several years of experience in a boiler workshop setting.
  • Have a general understanding of NDT techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive work environment.
