Job Description

This is a senior-level position where you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-level architecture documents.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java programming and object-oriented design. They should also have expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks.

As a lead developer, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

You will guide development teams in implementing microservices-based architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in regulated environments, especially with insurance regulations and compliance, is highly desirable.
