Job Title

A leadership role exists to shape the identity and vibrancy of a city precinct.

About the Role

This position involves strategic development and operational management of a service point, ensuring exceptional concierge and front-line support services. The manager will drive engagement programs to enhance the experience of all precinct users and supervise a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of a strategic direction for precinct activation in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Develop and deliver an annual engagement plan.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of activation and engagement initiatives for stakeholders, industry engagement, and community relations.
  • Oversee student and education support services on campus.
  • Support communications, ensuring brand compliance and relevance.
  • Cultivate key partnerships to secure resources and support for precinct activation initiatives.
  • Supervise an administration support team.
Requirements

A relevant tertiary degree and extensive management expertise are required. Demonstrated experience in managing programs or developing policies is essential. Ability to supervise staff, foster collaboration, and build relationships with stakeholders is crucial.
