About the role

As a Store Support Manager at Coles, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager and contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for customers, team members, and the community.

Key responsibilities include coaching, leading, and developing a large team (100+), working in a fast-paced, complex environment, and assisting the Store Manager to ensure key commercial targets are met or exceeded.

  • Ability to drive a one-team culture that prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
