This role offers a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career in accounts, working in a supporting team environment.

You will be responsible for minimising invoice to accrual variance and ensuring vendors are paid in accordance with agreed payment terms.

You will also process high volume vendor invoices, including prompt vendors, and clearing of AP queries and AP freight mailboxes.

Furthermore, you will process payments for overseas and domestic vendors, reconcile supplier accounts, investigate variances to accruals and notifying logistics finance for corrective action.

Additionally, you will facilitate process improvements and provide ongoing support for business users, logged voucher clearing to pre-payment accounts, matching of reversed billed freight (Coles Collect, Primary Freight), TFEs and Duty.

Administrative duties include sorting and filing.
