This initiative offers school leavers a unique pathway into the accounting industry. By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to create your own career trajectory, taking control of your professional development and advancement.

You can choose between two exciting divisions: Business Private Client Advisory and Assurance and Advisory. Additionally, you can opt for either a University pathway or Non-Degree Pathway.

The Non-Degree Pathway is designed to accelerate your career progression while minimizing HECS debt. During your 2-year undergraduate program, you will undertake Tafe study and Foundations training through CAANZ, establishing strong foundations in the accounting world while gaining practical experience.

Alternatively, our University Pathway allows you to balance full-time and part-time work with your university studies of accounting, thereby gaining valuable hands-on experience in the accounting sector.

This program offers numerous benefits, including extra leave days, matched time off, and a dedicated Wellness Wing to support your work-life balance. We prioritize building meaningful relationships with our staff from the outset.
