We are seeking an Event Manager to support the Conference Team across its diverse program of talks, formats, and events. The role is ideal for a self-starter who takes initiative and prioritizes tasks effectively.
The Event Manager will assist in conference program development, conduct research, and produce relevant content areas supporting the producers. This includes scheduling all conference sessions via internal systems, coordinating changes, and managing day-of-event activities.
- Support the production team in delivering high-quality events, including partnering with departments, preparing schedules and reports, and troubleshooting unexpected issues.
- Assist in speaker registration and management, provide clear communication, and ensure seamless event execution.
Key responsibilities include effective communication, liaison, and administration skills. Experience in a similar position or equivalent experience is desirable.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in event management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
