We seek a skilled Cloud Engineer to design, deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for modern unified endpoint management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management and Azure Cloud Operations, specifically in monitoring and backup.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing, deploying and managing Microsoft Intune for MDM & MAM
  2. Utilizing Windows Autopilot for zero-touch device deployment
  3. Developing and enforcing endpoint compliance policies, integrating with Azure AD Conditional Access for Zero Trust security model
  4. Designing and implementing comprehensive monitoring strategies using Azure Monitor components
  5. Configuring metric alerts and log alerts, integrating them with Azure Action Groups or ITSM tools
  6. Establishing health and performance baselines and setting up proactive alerting for key resources
  7. Designing, implementing and managing disaster recovery solutions using Azure Backup
  8. Managing cost optimization and storage configuration related to Azure Backup

Requirements include:

  • A minimum 5 years of IT operations experience with Intune and Azure Monitor and Azure Backup
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex problems
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
