About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will play a pivotal role in scaling and enabling our channel through the creation of great enablement and marketing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that amplify awareness and accelerate adoption of our Enterprise Strategy & Planning solutions among our channel partners and their customers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, creative campaigns, content marketing, and channel teams, to create campaigns and programs that drive business growth for Jira Align.
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Channel Management to identify, design, and implement new co-marketing tactics that support our channel partners' business objectives.
- Help create the messaging and value pillars for why our enterprise strategy and planning solution is significant to our channel partners and their customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product marketing and channel-related roles, with a strong track record in messaging/positioning, creating great content and collateral, and engaging directly with channel partners to support their marketing efforts.
- Ability to create and tell a story that simplifies complex technology and inspires action among our channel partners and their customers.
- Understanding of channel partner business models and the roles they can play to help solve and sell services with software products.
- Experience driving enablement for field teams and developing strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. The base pay for this role ranges from $125,000 to $166,700, depending on the geographic location. This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity. We offer a variety of perks and benefits to support our employees, including health coverage, paid volunteer days, wellness resources, and more.
