Are you a seasoned travel consultant with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for creating bespoke travel itineraries? We're seeking an experienced travel professional to join our luxury travel team at Flight Centre Travel Group.

About the Role

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating high-end travel experiences for our discerning clients. You will work closely with our team to build unique itineraries that exceed our customers' expectations, from luxury flights to five-star hotels, premium tours, and exclusive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-end clients to understand their travel preferences and tailor-made experiences
  • Plan and book luxury travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a travel consultant, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including products, services, and trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of professionalism and integrity
