Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement personalized luxury travel itineraries for clients, taking into account their unique preferences and needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, supplier offerings, and competitor activity to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of luxury travel experiences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a travel consultant with Flight Centre Travel Group.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel products and services, including first-class flights, five-star hotels, and premium tours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
