Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated competencies in nursing care, including knowledge of multidisciplinary teams and effective clinical communication.
- Sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and patients.
- Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized patient care.
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality care.
- Recent clinical experience relevant to the position, with evidence of participation in professional development.
