We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team in the Medical Ward at Bega.

The successful candidate will work under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, providing person-centered care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Selection Criteria
  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct nursing practice in a manner that respects the rights of individuals and groups in the context of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Effective communication skills with the capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a professional manner.
  • Participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues.
  • Understanding of a person-centered approach to nursing with a willingness to adapt to changing delivery of care.
  • Recent clinical experience relevant to the position.

Other requirements include Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases. This is a Category A position; read NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015. All new employees must comply with these requirements.
