Job Description

The Store Consultant will deliver exceptional customer experiences, supporting clients in selecting the most suitable storage solutions for their needs.

This role involves conducting centre tours and walk-throughs, showcasing our facilities to prospective customers. Additionally, you will maintain a keen eye on centre presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance to ensure our centres consistently meet high standards.

As a Store Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service by providing expert support and advice to clients.
  • Conducting centre tours and presentations to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Maintaining centre appearance, cleanliness, and safety through vigilant monitoring and proactive action.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • A motivated, proactive, and positive attitude, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
  • Customer service experience in a sales environment (desirable).
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
