The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering platform, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering complex software solutions that improve our engineers' capability of delivering our banking platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the platform team to improve processes and efficiencies, and define a well-lit path for development across the company.
  • Educate and work with broader engineering teams to uplift productivity based on well-lit path.
  • Improve our capabilities in testing, CI/CD, infrastructure, resource management.
  • Improve our capabilities in observability through facilitating the improvement of our alerting, logging, and monitoring.
  • Facilitate the integration or rationalization of vendor services (external dev productivity tooling, third-party services etc).
  • Advocate for code quality and build on a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience with Platform engineering/Dev Ops best practices.
  • Strong technical background with experience enabling platform tooling.
  • Strong teamwork skills that foster productive relationships, adding to the company culture.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and ensure code reviews and best practices are followed.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and educate engineers.
  • Experience in AWS and/or multi-tenant Saa S preferred.
