About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This role involves working closely with Senior Financial Analysts and is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data analysis skills and a passion for partnering with the business to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and driving the preparation of various planning exercises, including forecasting, budgets, and profitability analysis.
  • Delivering variance analysis at period and quarter end; highlighting key trends and risks to provide managers with valuable insights.
  • Analyzing revenue and cost trends, reconciling client-level data, and supporting business improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support pricing, growth, and strategy decisions.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and providing actionable insights.
  • Preparing accurate reports on a weekly/monthly basis; helping automate and streamline processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of finance experience in a corporate or commercial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting findings clearly.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIFs.
  • Prior experience with Power BI and Dynamics 365 is desirable.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and business challenges.
